Extra spacious, with quality finishes and walking distance to Stellenbosch's university and campus. Air conditioning is provided in the lounge area, as well as the bedroom. A lovely courtyard at the back of the property, where you can braai or just relax under the tree, rounds off the picture. The fireplace that heats the lounge and bedroom makes this the cosiest winter time accommodation.
The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob. Safe parking behind the gate is available at no extra charge.
Check-in is available between 15:00 and 17:00, with an additional fee applicable for each hour after 17:00 in the case of late arrivals. An exit cleaning fee applies to all stays, regardless of duration. For longer stays, interim cleaning and linen changes are available at an additional cost and are mandatory every ten days.
Please note: This property is primarily operated as a self-catering Airbnb unit with daily rates, but we are open to considering long-term rentals between April 2026 and October 2026.
The apartment is not available for a 12 month rental, as we already have bookings - DO NOT EXPECT AN ANSWER IF YOU REQUEST TO RENT FOR A YEAR.
