The apartment comes with one open parking bay, but there are also open visitors parkings inside (first come first served). Serenas Place also has a small pool for those hot summer days after work, as well as a braai area next to the pool, for those who need a tjoppie every now and then.
On top of the monthly rental you will just have to pay for the wifi and your own prepaid electricity.
